Is it possible to ride without making a reservation?

A.

It is a complete reservation system. Please make a reservation by selecting the desired date and time from each plan details screen.

How many days in advance can I make a reservation?

A.

Reservations can be made from about one month in advance. Reservation will be confirmed in the order of payment in full deposit system.
If it is an anniversary, please apply as soon as possible.

How can I make a reservation?

It will be accepted only from the Internet. Please make a reservation from the Choose a plan and book.

Can I change my reservation?

A.

You can reschedule your reservation up to 3 days prior to your original scheduled date.
Please be sure to contact LINE or Contact form. In the case of a reschedule is required please fill in ① Name (full name) ② reservation date and time.

Can I make reservations by proxy?

A.

Reservations can be made by proxy even if the person making the reservation is not on board. Please use this service for gifts, etc.
Even if you do not fly, you can visit the heliport on the day of your flight.
*Please make sure to apply for the number of visitors in advance.

Is cancellation possible?

It is a credit card payment or bank transfer in a completely prepaid system.
Please note that you cannot pay at the heliport site. In addition, in the case of a reservation of less than 4 days until the flight date, it will be the handling of credit card payment only.

Can I pay with cash?

Sorry, but we do not accept payment in cash. Credit card payment, or it becomes a bank transfer.

Is there a child fare?

A.

Only one child under 2 years old may board on lap for free.
Children 3 years old and older are required to reserve a seat. (Except for some plans, there is no child fare.)
*Except for courses at Hiroshima Heliport and Yao Airport. Only children who can sit in a seat are accepted.

Will the price change for 1 or 3 people?

In principle, our scenic flights are only available for charter. Charter rates are per aircraft, except for some plans.

Q.

Is an Insurance cover included? If so, whats included in the cover?

A.

The insurance included is the "Third-Party and Passenger Comprehensive Liability Insurance."
This insurance covers legal liability for damages in the event of harm caused to third parties or passengers outside the aircraft, damage caused to the baggage of passengers or property of third parties outside the aircraft resulting from the ownership, use, or management of the contracted aircraft

Because we want to cheaper price, Is it possible to shorten the flight time?

A.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the flight time because there is an application process with the Civil Aviation Bureau.

What is the cheapest plan in Tokyo?

A.

The 10-minute flight plan from Tokyo Heliport is the cheapest plan. Check here.

What is the recommended plan in Tokyo?

A.

If you want to experience a helicopter for the first time, choose this (10 minutes Plan). If you want to enjoy the scenery of Tokyo slowly, choose this (30 minutes Plan). If you want to enjoy the night view of Tokyo, choose this (Funabashi 18 minutes Plan).

Want to see from the top the Disney!

A.

The area around Disney is a complex airspace with control from Haneda Airport and surrounding heliports, so we cannot fly in that area.

Q.

Do you have a plan to ride with 4 or more people?

A.

In some plans, there is a plan that can accommodate up to 5 people.
For other plans with 4 or more people, it is most reasonable to ride on separate aircraft one by one.

Q.

Is it possible to fly two aircraft at the same time?

A.

Depending on the availability of helicopters, we can arrange for flights at the same time at Tokyo Heliport, Kyoto Heliport, Yao Airport, etc., in some areas.

Q.

Do you time is included of getting on and off the flight time?

A.

No, it is not included. The plan you choose will represent the actual flight time.

Q.

Are there any changes due to the new route at Haneda Airport?

A.

Due to the new flight path at Haneda Airport, which began operating on March 29, 2020,
the course content and flight path of our helicopter cruising may change depending on the wind direction.
Please be advised and understand this in advance.

On the day of flight and weather conditions

Q.

What do I need to do on the day of the flight?

A.

①Please check your e-mail before you depart. * An email will be sent to you if the flight is cancelled due to weather trouble.
② Please arrive at the meeting place exactly at the allocated time. (If you arrive too early, there may be a long waiting time .)
③ Our staff will greet you and explain safety precautions prior to boarding the aircraft.
④ We will direct you to enter the aircraft at the scheduled time. (There is a possibility that boarding may take place earlier than the scheduled time.)
⑤After you have enjoyed your flight, a commemorative photo will be taken before dismissal.

What time will you know if the flight is available or not?

A.

The final decision on whether or not the flight will go ahead is made at the following times.
*Only in the event of cancellation will you be notified by email.
For meeting times between 9:00~12:00 am:The final decision is made around 6:00 pm on the day before the flight.
For meeting times after 12:30 p.m.: The final decision is made around 10:00 am on the day of flight.
For meeting times after 4:30 pm: The decision is made around 3:00 pm on the day of flight

Q.

What weather can't fly?

A.

What should I do if I am late?

A.

Please call us immediately (using the contact number listed in the email you receive on the day).
We will take reservations with other customers into consideration and adjust your schedule.
To account for the adjustments to the schedule, flight times may be shortened or cancelled. Refunds or cost differences will not be offered in such instances.

Is it possible to extend the stay on the same day?

A.

This is possible if there is room in the reservation status before and after the event.
We will make a decision on whether or not we can accommodate your request after checking your reservation status and fuel.

Can you go a taxi arrangements?

A.

We are sorry, but please take a taxi waiting in the taxi stand of the nearest station.

Is possible. Please tell us the local staff before the flight.

What kind of place is Funabashi Heliport?

A.

Funabashi Heliport is a secluded takeoff and landing site located about 15 minutes north by car from Funabashi Station.
As it is a heliport using vacant land, the footing is somewhat uneven, so please come in comfortable clothes and shoes.

Is there a waiting room?

A.

Funabashi Heliport and Yokohamanishi Heliport do not have waiting rooms.
Other heliports have waiting rooms, but arriving too early may result in a longer waiting time, so please arrive around the set time.

Do you have a bathroom?

A.

Funabashi Heliport and Yokohamanishi Heliport do not have toilets.
Other heliports have toilets, but it is recommended to use facilities at stations or convenience stores before your visit for a smoother experience.

We can arrange hire cars and limousines on your behalf.

Are the reservations private?

A.

All of our sightseeing plans offer private reservations.
There are no additional crew members besides the pilot, so please enjoy a private space with your loved ones. (Some exceptions apply, such as shared transfer plans).

Q.

How many minutes before the scheduled time should I arrive?

A.

The time you choose when making a reservation is the scheduled time for assembly. Takeoff will be approximately 30 minutes after the time you selected.

Q.

What items should I bring on the day of the flight?

A.

There is nothing specific you need to bring. *Customers using Narita flights, please make sure to bring your identification.

Q.

What is the recommended attire?

A.

Please dress in the same manner as when you go out. In winter, as there is a heater, it is convenient to wear adjustable outerwear.

Can I bring a smartphone, camera, or video camera on board?

A.

Yes, it is possible. Please enjoy taking photos with your smartphone or camera.

About the use of electronic devices

A.

Please turn on airplane mode or turn off the power. Bluetooth earphones are also subject to this rule.
If violated, a fine of up to 500,000 JPY may be imposed. (Civil Aeronautics Regulations No. 164 Article 15)

Can I talk during the flight?

A.

Except for the Osaka and Minato Mirai Heliports, you can have conversations using headsets with a microphone.
For private discussions we also offer an independent line disconnected from the pilot.

Q.

Is there a weight limit for passengers?

A.

The weight limit is up to 120kg per seat, and the total weight for all passengers is generally 210kg for a 3-seater aircraft and 330kg for a 5-seater aircraft.
There are exceptions such as long courses, so please note that there may be cases where we refuse service depending on the situation.

Q.

Can I take a flight during pregnancy?

A.

There are no specific restrictions on boarding during pregnancy, but there is a possibility of affecting your body.
If you have any concerns, please consult with your doctor in advance.
Please note that compensation cannot be provided even in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Q.

Are elderly passengers allowed on board?

A.

There is no age limit for boarding, so as long as you have no problems walking and getting in and out of the vehicle, you may board.
When boarding, passengers will be asked to step on a step about 20 cm high.

Q.

Can pets be boarded?

A.

We do not allow pets to accompany passengers on the helicopter. Boarding with pets in a cage is also not permitted.
The engine noise and other factors during the helicopter ride can cause significant stress and potential health issues for pets.
Additionally, to consider individuals with animal allergies, we refrain from allowing pets on board.
*For private jets, there may be options to accommodate pet travel. Please feel free to inquire.

Q.

Can I eat or drink on board?

A.

Eating and drinking are generally prohibited on board.
You may bring water and tea in plastic bottles or other containers with lids, but alcohol is prohibited.
There are no restrictions on drinking before the flight, but if you are prone to motion sickness, it is safer to refrain from drinking or eating immediately before the flight.

Q.

Is it allowed to secure a GoPro inside the aircraft?

A.

Please use the optional GoPro by hand. It cannot be fixed inside the aircraft, so please be aware of this in advance.

With respect to surprise and gifts

Q.

I want to surprise and take someone to the helicopter blindfolded.

A.

I'm sorry, but blindfolding is only possible up to the heliport entrance.
There are also explanations of precautions before the flight, so you will need to remove the blindfold.

I would like to present a bouquet of flowers.

When will the optional bouquet be given?

A.

If you purchase the optional bouquet, our staff will secretly hand it to the person who made the reservation after landing.

Is it possible to keep the bouquet you ordered as an option on board?

A.

Possible. We will place the bouquet on your seat.
There is no place to hide the bouquet on the plane, so it can only be placed on your seat.

Q.

Can I bring a flower bouquet that I purchased myself onboard the flight?

A.

Due to the risk of delivery accidents, damage, or loss, we do not accept bouquets to store in preparation for the trip.
It is possible for passengers to bring their own bouquets onboard the flight, but there is no space to hide the bouquet, so you will be required to carry it on your lap during the flight.

Is it possible to keep the gifts that had been sent in advance to the flight?

A.

We are sorry, but because there is a risk of a delivery accident, damage, loss, deposit in advance of you are not accepted.

Q.

Is it possible to get pass the gifts and flowers in the middle of a flight?

A.

The pilot can not be accepted because it is devoted to maneuver. You can offer on top of the seat.

Some bouquets are not displayed.

A.

Bouquets have different purchase periods depending on the type. Please note that the purchase deadline has passed for items not displayed.

Can I bring my own ring?

A.

Rings, gifts, etc. may be carried on board. Please feel free to carry them in your bag or pocket.
