It was a safe flight, very little turbulence and no fear at all. The service was excellent, from the explanation before takeoff and the handing over of the bouquet after landing, which was well arranged so that she did not find out, to the pictures at the end of the flight. Thank you very much. It was my first helicopter experience and proposal, so I was half anxious and half hopeful, but the helicopter was a great experience and the proposal was a great success, so it was a really good memory. I thought it would be interesting to have a service where the helicopter landed at a different heliport from the one where it took off. It would have been more helpful if there was a restroom at the heliport. Thank you very much!

In cases of adverse weather, or in cases where the aircraft operator deems that the weather is not suitable for flying, the flight will be cancelled for passenger safety.
When a cancellation occurs due to weather, the full price of the flight is refunded (excluding bank transfer fees).
