At first, I was surprised and upset, but I had a relieved voice. The Sky Tree and Tokyo Tower, which are viewed from the sky with a helicopter, were really impressed by the first scenery. Thank you very much for your staff!

Tokyo night view is wonderful. The staff is very kind. I can see Tokyo Skytree and Tokyo TV Tower. They are very good. I recommend 25min flight rather than 22min. I want to do it again!

The flight was very comfortable and I felt a strong sense of trust. We were guided to wait in the car and the precautions were concise and good. It was the most satisfying experience! I would recommend including an explanation of the risks, since the level of satisfaction may vary depending on the weather and the possibility of sudden flight cancellations. Booking was very easy and good. The address of the meeting place was confusing, so I had a hard time making a schedule that included travel time. There was a typographical error in the image of Yokohama South Heliport (Yokohama West Heliport). (It is listed as Yokohama West Heliport. It would be fun to have a service that allows passengers to land at a different heliport so that they can experience the speed of travel. I think it would be difficult to do so, since the outbound and inbound passengers would be different and it would not be possible for passengers with private cars. This was my first time seeing a helicopter in operation so it was fun. The landing was especially interesting precise, lean and comfortable! Booking was easy and the scenic ride was fun! My companion was also happy! I wish the passengers could have seen the GPS to know where they were because there was no cell phone reception (although it would have been fun even without it). I had never thought of taking a helicopter ride (which I imagine is a pastime for the wealthy), so I was surprised to see how easy it was on the website. The application process was also very easy and helpful

Very professional Could only speak a little English, communication was difficult. Kept us waiting for 30 minutes in the car without any information why or what's happening next.Most emails in Japanese. Translation led to confusion, if there was any action required from my side. But customer support was very helpful and quick.A taxi service from funabashi station, that would pick us up at the right time to get us to the heliport. We had to organize our transfer on our own, that's why we were quite early and had to wait so long for our flight. This could have been avoided.Description of the location of the heliport and how to get there was very good!

When I arrived before the meeting time, a staff member came trotting right over to me. The staff was polite, well-spoken and considerate. I would like to use this service again! The pilot was very attentive when I had trouble putting on my seatbelt. The guidance and explanations were soft-spoken and easy to listen to and reassuring.

I am a student and I travelled to Tokyo with my parents. The helicopter is a bit noisy but it is great to see the whole view of Tokyo.

The ride was great and the staff were wonderful. but the directions to the Funabashi helipad had us driving around in circles. Definitely worth the effort. but plan your trip carefully!
