This plan is required to reserve up to 4 days.

If the rickshaw is full and cannot be reserved, this plan may be cancelled entirely. Please understand this in advance.

Weather Policy

If the operating airline decides to cancel the flight due to bad weather or other factors, the flight shall be canceled and we will refund your entire fare (excluding bank transfer fees).
Flights will depart as long as the pilot approves and the weather conditions meet the specified standards.

Cancellation on the Day of Travel	：50%
Cancellation After Travel Starts or No-show	：100%

Changes to the travel schedule can be made up to 4 days before the planned travel date without any fees (limited to one time only).

Changes made 3 days before the planned travel date or later will incur fees according to our cancellation policy.
