Weather Policy

If the operating airline decides to cancel the flight due to bad weather or other factors, the flight shall be canceled and we will refund your entire fare (excluding bank transfer fees).
Flights will depart as long as the pilot approves and the weather conditions meet the specified standards.

I used this service as a birthday present for my elderly mother. The staff was considerate from start to finish, so I was able to enjoy the trip without any worries. I hadn't been to Kyoto for several decades, but they kindly informed me when we were passing over the sights, so I was able to take a lot of great photos. Thank you for explaining to us during the flight about where we could see and for accommodating our wishes as far as conditions and time allowed. Thanks to you, the clouds parted and we were able to see beautiful Mt.Fuji from right beside it. It was a luxurious experience. On the way back, we took the sea side route and were able to see Eboshi-iwa, Enoshima Island, the Big Buddha in Kamakura, Tokyo Tower and Sky Tree from unusual angles, making it an exciting and valuable experience. The staff was very courteous and helpful. As it was my first time to ride in a helicopter, I asked a lot of questions about the ride and whether there was a change in air pressure, but you explained in a calm and gentle tone, and I was able to ride with peace of mind.
