Weather Policy

In cases of adverse weather, or in cases where the aircraft operator deems that the weather is not suitable for flying, the flight will be cancelled for passenger safety.When a cancellation occurs due to weather, the full price of the flight is refunded (excluding bank transfer fees).Flights will depart as long as the pilot approves, and weather conditions meet legal weather minimas.

Flight Cancellation due to bad weather, etc.：Full refund

Notification 10 to 8 Days Before the Scheduled Travel Date：20%

Notification 7 to 2 Days Before the Scheduled Travel Date：30%

Notification 1 Day Before the Scheduled Travel Date：40%

Cancellation on the Day of Travel：50%

Cancellation After Travel Starts or No-show：100%

However, this does not apply in the event that the flight is not possible due to bad weather or other similar circumstances.
