Weather Policy

If the operating airline decides to cancel the flight due to bad weather or other factors, the flight shall be canceled and we will refund your entire fare (excluding bank transfer fees).
Flights will depart as long as the pilot approves and the weather conditions meet the specified standards.

Flight Cancellation due to bad weather, etc.	：Full refund
Notification 10 to 8 Days Before the Scheduled Travel Date	：20%
Notification 7 to 2 Days Before the Scheduled Travel Date	：30%
Notification 1 Day Before the Scheduled Travel Date	：40%
Cancellation on the Day of Travel	：50%
Cancellation After Travel Starts or No-show	：100%

However, this does not apply in the event that the flight is not possible due to bad weather or other similar circumstances.

【Schedule Changes】

Changes to the travel schedule can be made up to 4 days before the planned travel date without any fees (limited to one time only).

Changes made 3 days before the planned travel date or later will incur fees according to our cancellation policy.

Weight Limitations and Baggage Attention

Total Weight Limit	: 190kg (including baggage)
If the weight differs from the pre-applied weight, we may refuse the flight for safety reasons. Weight measurement may be conducted before the flight.
Maximum per Person	: 110kg
Due to the lack of cargo space, baggage must be carried on the lap.
