On the Shizuoka side, you can take a bus from Mishima Station on the Shinkansen to get to the trailhead. Please note that road regulations and bus operations may vary depending on the season, so it's important to pay attention to these details.

How to Climb Mount Fuji

If you want to climb Mount Fuji, the summer season is highly recommended. From July 10th to September 10th, the mountain is open to the general public for climbing.

Winter climbing is not recommended, but you can still enjoy the beautiful snow-covered Mount Fuji from the surrounding areas. From November to February, the skies are often clear, making it the best season for photography and sightseeing.
