Based on the day's weather, wind conditions, and aircraft status, we prioritize safety when deciding whether to operate. Flights may be interrupted or rerouted due to weather conditions.
Approximate timing of the operation decision
・Morning flights: around 6:00 PM the previous day
・Afternoon flights: around 10:00 AM on the day
・Night flights: around 3:00 PM on the day
Depending on the weather, the decision may be made at the last minute. Flights will operate even in cloudy weather if it is safe to do so.
If the operating airline decides to cancel the flight, we will provide a full refund (excluding administrative fees) or a free date change.
In case of flight cancellation, we will always notify you by email or LINE. Please check before you visit.
