The pilot was very professional and the flight was smooth. Tokyo is so beautiful! It was truly a feast for the eyes to be able to enjoy aerial views of Tokyo Tower, Mount Fuji, Tokyo Dome, and Skytree all within an hour.

Amazing trip, unique experience, the pilot is well trained and safety first, we get lady pilot. She is very nice and informative, we go to Mount fuji Kanazawa and many areas in Tokyo. Must try in Tokyo

It was a very impressive and good flight in sunny weather, a very good and kind pilot and perfect view of Fuji mountain

Had a flight booked for 9 am and there was delays for over 2 hours while three other flights from the same company took off. Finally when flight arrives they notified me that mt fuji has clouds so the flight option selected will no longer work. This part is not their fault but they should have communicated that my flight time wasn’t going to work sooner instead of leading me along. Ended up spending 2 and a half hours waiting for nothing. I don’t recommend, other options seem more reliable. Please note the hanger staff was very kind and this review is not a representation of them. This is the only reason I have provided a 2 star. Business also provided a full refund after I asked to cancel due to delays.

After mistakenly booking the wrong week, the support crew assisted me in changing our flight date in a timely manner (after hours) and ensured that we could still go on this amazingly memorable experience.
