At the heart of the tasting is Koshu, Japan's indigenous grape variety. Ernest Singer has pursued dry wines that draw on the delicacy of Koshu and pair well with Japanese cuisine. Compare five wines, mainly whites and sparkling, and enjoy how cultivation and winemaking shape differences in aroma and taste.
This tour features a special lunch course built around ingredients particular to the region, including Shizuoka beef and vegetables in season. Paired with Koshu wines made to sit alongside Japanese food, you taste the cuisine and the wine of the Mt. Fuji foothills one plate at a time.

The helicopter flight is approximately 40 to 50 minutes each way. You will spend around 2 to 3 hours at the winery. The total experience takes approximately 4 to 5 hours.

If the helicopter flight is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, we will arrange round-trip transfers to Fujisan Winery by private vehicle.
